When I tried to play on my phone with an banned account, the game restarts and the music doubles, this is evident that this is an bug on banned accounts

Yep sure does, my guess is anything thats using a 'DontDestroyOnLoad' feature gets duplicated as the game partially restarts back to startup screen during some situations. Im not going to fix this to make banned players experiences nicer, your not supposed to get banned.

Yep they were not used much, players can still go on them by hosting a game themselves

I installed Dragons online on my phone in an different city to play the game when I was banned, even though i just installed it and didn't even play single player or multi player.
What happened??

The game tries to link banned players, so its not so easy to just reinstall, change ip or device and start fresh (as many cheaters or bad players just go and do the same again)

An absurd idea: the addition of a HATCHLING kill counter in the player profile—akin to how there is a player and enemy kill counter.
Pros: you and everyone else now know how many hatchlings you've killed. Hurrah! This creates a new and exciting incentive to kill hatchlings for reasons other than experience and health regeneration. Players will have more reason to generate hatchlings, and more reason to hide them.
Cons: Players now vigorously kill hatchlings to boast their love of sacrificing what is effectively a low-geometrical portrayal of innocence and purity, thus immortalizing themselves as vectors of violence.
