Hi Dev, there's someone named shadow rank 100+ that swore at me and other people for no reason. He mostly stays at lava. Sorry if I bothered you but he is starting to get annoying.  oh BTW I'm using a different email because it said my email wasn't valid or something like that

Dev there's a Russian in stronghold lagoon which has the name of "pornhub" sorry for my language but it's true someone or some Russian named him or herself like that I first saw him in fort now he's in lagoon could you help that? Thx

So I'm a little worried and concerned about the game maintenance, I just have one question, will progress in the games be saved for us?

Hi, data is saved on your device, servers or online modes going down, will not effect your rank etc 
Just don't uninstall thinking somethings wrong if you can't get online for a bit.

Will the game ever get an update? The models are garbage, and the graphics are extremely outdated. Did the dev just forget about the game and leave it to rot or what?

Thank you for your wonderful message, really seems like you love the game. 
As for graphics, set them to high or ultra in options menu, and turn shadows on.
Other than that, they are limited by phone and tablet performance, if i made everything too good, it won't run on most peoples devices, a balance is needed
